All coaching plans have a three month minimum commitment because progress takes time and consistency!
All three plans below include:
An initial fitness assessment
An individualized, custom training plan
Accountability with weekly check-ins and more!
Please reach out if a monthly plan is not for you; but you are still interested in a training plan, running advice or meeting in person. Pricing can be determined a la carte for different services.
Basic
Custom training plan - I will map out your whole training cycle and send an overview so you can prepare
Initial set up from email questionnaire
Custom weekly training plan - I will send you a detailed version of your overview plan and it will include paces for workouts and lots of details for each run
Limited text communication for feedback and questions
Twice monthly adjustments to the training plan
Race prep and strategy is separate for this plan: add on is $50. Discuss nutrition, pacing and pep talk!
Premium
